Operations/Maintenance Technician Night Shift at Pågen in Gothenburg

About the job
The production in the bakery in Gothenburg has a highly automated process and a variety of different machines and equipment such as weighing/dosing systems, mixers, ovens, robots, and packaging machines. As an operations/maintenance technician, you will work across the entire technical area, so the position is broad. Your tasks will range from troubleshooting electrical systems and machines, repairs, and preventive maintenance to improvement work and technical projects. Together with your colleagues, you will support daily operations and ensure that our fresh bakery products are baked and delivered.

Who are you?
We see that you have basic electrical training and experience from an industrial environment. You are comfortable reading wiring diagrams and installing and connecting electrical components. You also have a good understanding of how mechanical systems and machines are constructed and a basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. This includes an understanding of drawings (dimensions, tolerances, and simple machine drawings), troubleshooting mechanical faults (vibrations, noise, wear, play, leaks), and practical execution of tasks such as bearing and belt replacements.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious. Good communication and collaboration are important, while you are also comfortable working independently.
